When you purchase from our shop, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, order details, and IP address. This information is used to process payments, arrange delivery, and prevent fraud.
Payments
We accept payments via PayPal. Payment information is processed securely by PayPal. We do not store or have access to your full card details. Please refer to PayPal’s privacy policy for further information.
Transactional Emails
We use Mailgun to send order confirmations, receipts, and service-related emails. Your email address and order information are securely transmitted for this purpose only.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public alongside your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website may be able to download and extract location data from images.
Cookies
We use cookies to maintain shopping cart functionality, manage login sessions, improve website performance, and analyse site traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some features of the website may not function correctly.
If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. Login cookies last for two days, and screen option cookies last for one year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. Logging out removes login cookies.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (such as videos or social media posts). Embedded content behaves in the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website directly.
These external websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with that content according to their own privacy policies.
